Extremely fresh and light cocktail, incorporating mango, mint, cucumber and pineapple. Inspired by the traditional tequila chaser from Mexico.
INGREDIENTS
Cocktail Mixer
- 3 Cucumber slices
- 6 Mint leaves
- 100ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Zombie Mixer
- Optional:Â Add 50ml tequila or rum for a boozy version
Puree & Syrup
- 3 Cucumber slices

- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Mango Purée
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- Soda Water
- Optional:Â Add 50ml tequila or rum for a boozy version
METHOD:
Cocktail Mixer
1. Shake all the ingredients, apart from the soda, in a shaker.
2. Strain into a highball and top with soda.
