NEGRONI
An easy to make aperitif, the Negroni combines equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari for a refreshingly bitter finish. One of our all time favourite cocktails here at Funkin.
INGREDIENTS:
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- OPTIONAL: Prosecco
Or try the a zesty rum alternative
- 15ml Campari
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 25ml Dark Rum
- 15ml Oleo Saccharum
PREPARATION:
- Put the gin, vermouth and campari into a rocks glass
- Stir until ice cold and diluted
- Serve
- OPTIONAL: Top with Prosecco for a Negroni sbagliato
Garnish with either a slice of orange or a curl of peel
