VALENCIAN HOT TODDY RECIPE
Nothing beats the warming taste of a Hot Toddy, the perfect warming cold weather cocktail. You can mix this drink up with whisky or dark rum (whichever tickles your fancy), finish with citrusy Oleo Saccharum and top up with hot water. Put those hot choccies aside this year - the Hot Toddy is a winner this winter.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Whisky or Dark Rum
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lemon
- 25ml Oleo Saccharum
- 100ml Hot water
- Whole spices like cinnamon and clove.
PREPARATION:
- Place your spirit, lemon juice and Oleo Saccharum in a heat proof glass (or mug, we won’t judge!)
- Finish by filling with hot water straight from the kettle
Garnish with whole spices and a wedge of lemon.
