- 50ml Bailey's
- 35ml FUNKIN Coconut Purée
- 15ml FUNKIN Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml FUNKIN Pure Pour Lemon Purée
- 25ml Milk (dairy or oat)
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a Boston shaker.
Step 2
Shake until vigorously until extra foamy.
Step 3
Serve in a highball glass.
Step 4
Garnish with dehydrated raspberry and a sprinkle of coconut.
