SNOWBALL RECIPE
It’s beginning to taste a lot like Christmas! The snowball is one of the best loved Christmas drinks around, and we’ve added a Funkin twist to this classic festive serve to give it a new spin for toasting in the new year!
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Bailey's
- 35ml Funkin Cocktails Coconut Purée
- 15ml Funkin Cocktails Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lemon
- 25ml Milk (dairy or oat)
- 1 egg white
PREPARATION:
- Put all the ingredients into a Boston shaker.
- Shake extremely hard until very foamy.
Serve in a highball glass with dehydrated raspberry powder and a sprinkle of coconut
