COCKTAIL RECIPE: PINA COLADA

PINA COLADA

There are two types of people in this world: those who admit to liking pina coladas, and those who won't. Even the great mixologist Tony Conigliaro names it as his guilty pleasure – as if this totally tropical taste were something to be ashamed of. Deliciously creamy coconut mixed with tasty rum and fruity, tangy pineapple, the Piña Colada is the ultimate tropical cocktail, one that brings to mind palm trees and rolling surf.
Pro Ingredients:
Preparation: Pour your preferred coconut rum, white rum, Funkin Pro Pineapple Puree, pure pour lime, sugar cane and Funkin Coconut Puree into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth.  
Serve: Serve with a wedge of pineapple, some pineapple leave and if your feeling fancy a maraschino cherry.

 

HOME INGREDIENTS:

Preparation: Combine the ingredients in a glass with plenty of ice.
