MATCHA "EGGNOG" RECIPE
Traditional eggnog can be a drag to make, and we prefer a cocktail spin for all of our festive drinks - so why not experiment with a classic with our matcha eggnog recipe. Combining gin, cream, lemon and hemp syrup with an egg white for a creamy finish. The perfect Christmas cocktail recipe for yuletide festivities.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Dry Gin
- 25ml Single cream
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Hemp Syrup
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lemon Puree
- 1 egg white
PREPARATION:
- Place all of the ingredients into a Boston shaker with 2 ice cubes
- Shake until the cubes have dissolved.Â
- Pour into a tall glass.
Garnish by sprinkling the glass with matcha and dried raspberry powder before pouring in your eggnog!
