Promoters: Funkin Limited (Funkin).
Opens: 12:00 on Wednesday 14 August 2024.
Closes: 23:59 on Sunday 18 August 2024.
To enter: Instagram entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter. To enter:
- Tag a friend on the joint promotional post; and
- Follow both Funkin Cocktails’ (@funkincocktails) and Moma Foods’ (@momafoods) instagram pages.
Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Instagram account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. 1 entry per instagram account. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. Entries from those professionally associated with the post, or are a direct family member of the same, are not permitted.
Prize: 1 x winner total will win: (i) 3 months (18 x 1L cartons total) of Moma Original oat drink; and (ii) 3 x 1kg Funkin Cocktails Strawberry Purée pouches.
Draw: 1 x winner will be drawn by us at random on or before Wednesday 21 August 2024 from all valid entries received on Instagram. We will contact the winner within 3 working days of the closing date by direct message (DM) on Instagram asking the winner to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram account. The winner will be required to provide their name, UK address, telephone number and email address by DM reply within 7 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via post to the UK address confirmed by the winner within 21 days of contact details being confirmed.
The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Funkin (Funkin x Moma - Social Giveaway) 122 Arlington Rd, London NW1 7HP. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
