Yes, we sure do! We have a whole bunch of them at most times! The easiest way to find them is to go to our Wines page and then click the Filter setting > Select Production Methods > and filter by your style of Production method. All wines contained within that List are organic. Enjoy exploring our wide range of organic bottles!

We sure do! This is a big one for us. We love our app, and think you will too. Our app not only makes everything you can currently do on the site much easier than mobile browsing, but we've also specifically designed how you interact with your Past Wines, your ratings, and your recommendations. You’ll also have the ability to create lists of favourites (Saved Lists), walk through a taste experience for every bottle you receive to test your tastebuds, see how your taste profile changes over time, as well as take an advanced settings quiz to get even more granular on your preferences. We've built the Saved Lists feature to allow you to keep track of any bottles you either want to drink or have already tried and want to remember. You can always add a bottle from the Wines page or from your Past Wines to a list and you can create as many different lists as you like. We'll start you off with a "My Favourites" List but it's easy to create lists for things like favourite bottles, wines to drink with pizza, wines perfect for my upcoming wedding, etc.

Oh no! That's really disappointing! We're so sorry about this :( Whether we made a mistake and sent the wrong wine, there was a flaw or it seemed faulty, if it was damaged in transit, or even if we didn't provide a great recommendation and you don't love a bottle, we take full responsibility and will make things right without burdening you with the hassle of returning it. So we don't normally ask you to return the wine. But we will make up for it in your next box. Just let us know via email, or submitting a ticket through the support button below and we'll get right on the case.

We're excited to say that we do offer a vegan wine subscription here at Good Pair Days! We have an extensive range of organic, vegan and biodynamic wines available, depending on your requirements. We're adding new wines in these categories every month to ensure you can continue your vegan wine adventure with us. There is also an ever-growing collection of vegetarian and vegan recipes for you to discover, pair and enjoy. In your account settings you can use the Grapes to Avoid filter for 'Avoid non-vegan wines' to ensure you are only recommended wines that are vegan in your box. You can also use filters on the All Wines page to search for wines that match your specific requirements such as vegetarian or biodynamic.

Absolutely not! You can always make one-off orders from the All Wines page. You can make as many one-off purchases as you like without ever needing to sign up for any subscription. Our subscribed members do receive some sweet member benefits, such as special offers and loyalty rewards, so we encourage you to subscribe. And if you're worried about too much wine, you can always play with your delivery frequency settings, skip or pause whenever you need; to make your wine flow more manageable.

One of the things we love about winemaking is that it's not like a factory production process, it's more of an art form. But as with any art, people's tastes are all different. We completely get it. We'll do our best to make sure we pair your preferences with the best bottles, but if we miss the mark, then we will always make up for it. That's why we have a 100% happiness guarantee. If you think there is a flaw in your wine, something's wrong with the bottle, or if you simply didn't enjoy it, just let us know by replying to any email we send you, contacting us through live chat below or leaving us a message and we'll get your replacement bottle sorted quick smart. Let's start with the most important thing. Your box will, of course, contain your sweet, sweet wine. Well, not actually sweet wine, unless you've ordered that. But certainly delicious wine. But, on top of that, we include tasting notes, food pairings, stories behind the winemakers or grape type, and a custom-created matching recipe for you to whip up if you so desire. Oh yeah, plus, we also like to give gifts (we're generous like that) - things like little taste test experiments or special merchandise....all of which pairs perfectly with your vino.

Okay so the official marketing line is: We choose wines that reflect the maker’s quirks and personalities. We choose wines with a story behind each bottle — where it comes from, why it’s special, why it’s so amazingly delicious. We hunt for the deep-batch bottles, the ones you’re not going to find in your local bottle shop. We're completely independent, so we only pick the bottles we love, so you can love them too. And our business model means we can go directly to the real talent, the makers! Bypassing the middlemen, which means better value for you. But in all seriousness it's true: One of our co-founders is a world-famous, multi-awarded sommelier. He has one of the best noses in the business and his reputation is on the line with every bottle he picks, so you can be sure he's only choosing the best. He's been in the wine and restaurant game for almost 20 years and has built deep ties with some of the best wineries around the world. He and his wine team generally don't stock the factory bottles you can find in the big bottle shop chains. If you are going to find our bottles somewhere else, it's likely to be on great restaurant wine lists or in boutique cellars. But because of our unique business model, we can almost always get these at better prices and pass on the savings to you.
