FLAMING HOT ZOMBIE

Jam up the heat in this classic twist on the Zombie. Spiced rums, chilli, a touch of orange will shock and please the taste buds.
Puree & Syrup
- 10ml Ancho Reyes Chilli LiqueurÂ
- 50ml Golden rum
- 35ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Purée
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Oleo Saccharum Syrup
- 25ml Pineapple juice
- ½ red chilli pepper (or scotch bonnet)
Funkin Cocktail Mixer versionÂ
- 50ml Golden rum
- 100ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Zombie Mixer
- ½ red chilli pepperÂ
Method:
Shake and strain into a tiki mug/highball.
Serve garnished with a wafer cone topped with ½ passion fruit shell (filled with 5ml Wray and Nephew), mint and pineapple leaves.
Set the passion fruit alight before serving and sprinkle with cinnamon.Â
