FLAMING HOT ZOMBIE

Serves: 1

Jam up the heat in this classic twist on the Zombie. Spiced rums, chilli, a touch of orange will shock and please the taste buds.


Puree & Syrup

  • 10ml Ancho Reyes Chilli Liqueur 
  • 50ml Golden rum
  • 35ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit PurĂ©e
  • 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Oleo Saccharum Syrup
  • 25ml Pineapple juice
  • ½ red chilli pepper (or scotch bonnet)

Funkin Cocktail Mixer version 

  • 50ml Golden rum
  • 100ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Zombie Mixer
  • ½ red chilli pepper 

Method:

Shake and strain into a tiki mug/highball.

Serve garnished with a wafer cone topped with ½ passion fruit shell (filled with 5ml  Wray and Nephew), mint and pineapple leaves.

Set the passion fruit alight before serving and sprinkle with cinnamon.
