LEMON DROP MARTINI COCKTAIL RECIPE
Created in the 70s by Norman Jay Hobday, the Lemon Drop Martini is a sharp take on the classic. We love adding a big bit of zing to our cocktail creations, and the Lemon Drop does just that. Made with a mix of vodka, lemon juice and triple sec, creating a lemony, sweet and sour flavour. Typically prepared and served ice cold and straight-up (strained straight into a martini glass), we can’t resist a little garnish!

PREPARATION
- Make the lemon sugar by grating the zest of a lemon into some granulated sugar
- Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip into the lemon sugar
- Mix vodka, lemon juice, triple sec and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until ice cold.
- Strain into your martini glass
