Shaken and not stirred the Gin Fizz is sometimes compared to a Tom Collins. However, like James Bond, this cocktail has one major difference. The introduction of a cocktail shaker and lack of ice in the finished drink gives this chilled cocktail the fizz that helped define its name.

Ingredients
- 25ml Gin
- 20ml FUNKIN Pure Pour Lemon
- 25ml FUNKIN Sugar Syrup
- 100ml Prosecco
Preparation
Step 1
Add the gin, lemon juice and the syrup into a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice.
Step 2
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Pour into a glass of your choice and top up with chilled Prosecco.
Step 4
Garnish with a slice of fresh lime.
