GIN FIZZ COCKTAIL RECIPE
Shaken and not stirred the Gin Fizz is sometimes compared to a Tom Collins. However, like James Bond, this cocktail has one major difference. The introduction of a cocktail shaker and lack of ice in the finished drink gives this chilled cocktail the fizz that helped define its name.
INGREDIENTS:
- 25ml GinÂ
- 20ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lemon
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Sugar Syrup
- 100ml Prosecco
PREPARATION:
- Add the gin, lemon juice and the syrup into a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice. Â
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass of your choice and top up with chilled Prosecco.
Serve with a slice of fresh or dried lemon
