GROWING A GREENER FUTURE

FUNKIN COCKTAILS is on a mission to shake things up for the planet. We've teamed up with Earthwatch to plant a Tiny Orchard in Mutton Brook, North London.

This unique green space will be home to cocktail ingredients like raspberries, rosemary, lavender, and wild strawberries, all while creating a woodland area for the community to enjoy. It’s our way of giving back to the community and the planet as part of our B-Corp journey.

What is a Tiny Orchard?

Tiny Orchards are environmental powerhouses!

Just one can:

  • Absorb up to 600kg of carbon every year.

  • Process up to 30,000 litres of rainwater annually.

  • Contribute to tackling climate change.

  • Provide a thriving habitat for urban wildlife.

  • Reconnect communities with nature.

This partnership with Earthwatch is part of Funkin’s commitment to sustainability, blending environmental impact with a touch of cocktail-inspired creativity.

Our commitment to sustainability

At FUNKIN COCKTAILS, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Urban areas face growing challenges from climate change, including flooding, heat stress, and loss of biodiversity. By partnering with Earthwatch, we’re addressing these issues with innovative solutions like Tiny Orchards.

On the 17th December, the FUNKIN team rolled up their sleeves and started planting the first trees.

This garden will now provide a new community space for people to come together, enjoy nature, learn new skills and grow food for years to come, as well as create new habitats for wildlife.

One step closer to a greener future...

This is just one step in our commitment to a greener future.
