CHAMPAGNE MARGARITA COCKTAIL RECIPE
What better way to celebrate than with a glass of champagne...a glass of champagne margarita of course!  If you love the taste of a margarita but prefer your drinks a little bubblier this is the perfect cocktail for you. Super easy to mix together with a mix of tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice, topped with your favourite bubbles (these taste great made with prosecco too!)
INGREDIENTS
- 15ml Tequila
- 15ml Orange Liqueur
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lime
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Agave Syrup
- 100ml Champagne (or Prosecco)
PREPARATION
- Combine tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice in a Boston shaker with a handful of ice
- Shake until ice cold
- Strain into margarita or hurricane glass
- Top with your favourite sparkling wine
Garnish with a simple lime round - perfect!
