CHAMPAGE MARGARITA COCKTAIL
What better way to celebrate than with a glass of champagne...a glass of champagne margarita of course! If you love the taste of a margarita but prefer your drinks a little bubblier this is the perfect cocktail for you. Super easy to mix together with a mix of tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice, topped with your favourite bubbles (these taste great made with prosecco too!)

Ingredients
- 15ml Tequila
- 15ml Orange Liqueur
- 25ml FUNKIN Pure Pour Lime
- 25ml Agave Syrup
- 100ml Champagne (or Prosecco)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice in a Boston shaker with a handful of ice.
Step 2
Shake until ice cold.
Step 3
Strain into margarita or hurricane glass.
Step 4
Top with your favourite sparkling wine.
Step 5
Garnish with a lime slice.
