RASPBERRY POINSETTIA RECIPE
Don’t fancy a Buck’s Fizz? The Poinsettia cocktail is the perfect spin on its more acidic cousin. Juicy and fruity, we’ve swapped out the cranberry juice for delicious raspberry to give this classic Christmas cocktail an even sweeter edge (feel free to go classic and swap out the raspberry purée for cranberry juice - if you must)
PREPARATION:
- Pour raspberry purée and Cointreau into a balloon glass.
- Top up with Prosecco (or champagne if you’re feeling fancy)
- Build in a balloon glass.
Garnish with mint and rose petals.
