Well good on you for spreading the love! Please note our referral rewards change from time to to time to keep things fresh and exciting for our members sharing the good word! First a bit of background. We often give away sweet welcome gifts to new members signing up! But we also want to reward our current members so to achieve both, we've designed a refer a friend system which allow both the referrer and referee to receive our current welcome promotion. It works like this, if it's your first referral, when your friend uses your referral code or signs up through your referral link, the system will automatically add the current welcome gift to both of your accounts. But we know you don't want doubles of some of the welcome gifts so for any subsequent referrals, you'll receive a free bottle credit and your friend will receive the gift credit. When we change the referral offer however, your 'referral count' resets, and your first referral for the new offer will ensure a gift credit for you both again. If you did not get the referral bonus, please check if your friend signed up for a subscription, as our referral program only works for a monthly subscription, not one-offs or gifts. Other times, they may have clicked on or used a different discount promo which may override the referral code as we can only honour one discount at a time.

Why did I receive a different gift from what was shown?
Every now and then we will make some slight adjustments based on availability of certain gifts and when we work with a new gift partner to bring in something new. This means that when you look back at the badges you've earned it may be showing a different gift now from when your earned it. But if there is something in particular you'd love but you've already passed it on your badge-collecting journey, then please let us know and we'll see what we can do!
Why is my gift not included in the box that I have just received?
We normally send out a quick email to let you know that you've earned yourself a sweet new prize for racking up all your wine points! But if you've recently received a box and the gift isn't in there, then sometimes we find it's because the prize was earned after the box you've got in your hands was already processed, so it will be on its way in your next box safe and sound! If not then let us know quick smart and we'll get to the bottom of it!

Why was I charged $1/£1 ?
Here at Good Pair Days, we take your security and privacy super seriously. That's why we do not store or manage your credit card data ourselves. We actually use a global leader in payment services who maintain all levels of security when it comes to your card details. When you enter your card details to our checkout or in your account, it is sent directly to them without us seeing it. As a part of their process to avoid fraudulent activity, they do a quick check of your card details with your own bank or card provider using a temporary authorisation of either $0 or $1, or in the UK, £1. Regardless of whether or not the authorisation is declined or accepted, the payment provider will reverse the authorisation request immediately, but it may take 7-10 business days for the pending authorisation to disappear from your bank statement. There is no action required from you, and we haven't taken $1/£1 from you for no reason. It's just a part of keeping everything nicely safe and secure.
How does the Taste Test Challenge work?
We know how complicated and confusing the wine industry loves to make their delicious product. So making things transparent and understandable is a core belief of what we are all about. So we never want to be pretentious or get too academic about it. But in saying that we still really love to learn about this beautiful stuff we call wine. Just at a level and pace that makes each of our members happy. So with this in mind, we built the Taste Test Challenge to help you understand your tastebuds and the key characteristics of wine a little more. You can access it for any bottle you order directly from your Past Wines. It's not meant to be a difficult test - instead, we simply run you through a few questions you can answer while you are tasting a bottle to understand a wine's individual characteristics. Things like acidity, sweetness, tannins, etc. And for every question that we ask, we also give a little explanation afterwards about what you can look for to help identify this characteristic. You can keep score and see how you improve over time, or equally ignore it altogether. It's up to you. Give it a whirl and see.
What are lists and how can I create them?
We've built the Saved Lists feature to allow you to keep track of any bottles you either want to drink or have already tried and want to remember. You can always add a bottle from the All Wines page or from your Past Wines to a list and you can create as many different lists as you like. We'll start you off with a "To Drink List" but it's easy to create lists for things like favourite bottles, wines to drink with pizza, wines perfect for my upcoming wedding, etc.
Where can I see my past bottles received?
You can always access the wines you've previously received. All you have to do is login and head to your Past Wines. Any bottles that you haven't rated will be at the top and if you can't find a particular bottle, you can try searching by the month it was delivered. You can then give it a star rating (out of 5) and leave a tasting note or review in the notes section, which you'll always have access to. Once you've rated a wine, we'll take that as meaning it's been drunk and it will automatically move down into your Already Drunk section, which again you'll always be able to access.
How do I rate my bottles?
Whilst we think we're pretty non-judgemental, rating bottles is a huge part of what we do! So we want to make this as convenient and enjoyable as possible. How do I redeem my points for free prizes?
You don't need to do a thing. Every time you hit a new level you'll automatically collect that badge and the gift will be sent in your next box or in some cases separately. And you don't actually redeem the points in a 'frequent flyer' type fashion, you keep collecting them as you go. So they don't go down when you hit your next level and get sent your gift, they keep building up. Or even worse, reset on an annual basis. But you only get the gift for each level you pass once of course :)

I love these cocktails, especially the cans with nitrogen in, they taste as good as from a cocktail bar, the consistency and flavour give them real depth. The Pina colada, passion fruit martini, and strawberry daiquiris are particular favourites and very moreish. Customer Service are great too if you do have queries.
I ordered some cocktail mixers to make Mojitos, Woo Woos and Cosmos and they are by far the best mixers I've ever had, my absolute favourite is the Mojito and I can't wait to order more, fast delivery too, thank you!
