A popular drink in the Caribbean, the Dirty Banana cocktail combines rum and coffee liqueur with banana puree and milk. This may not be your everyday serve, but who can resist a grown-up banana milkshake when the temperature rises? Not us!

Ingredients
- 25ml White rum
- 25ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 50ml FUNKIN Banana puree
- 25ml Single cream
- 25ml Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Place a handful of ice into a blender.
Step 2
Pour over rum, coffee liqueur, banana puree, cream and milk, and blitz.
Step 3
Serve in a hurricane glass.
Step 4
Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
