Amaretto Pepper Sour

• 25ml Orange Gin
• 25ml Amaretto
• 50ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sour Mix (or 25ml Aquafaba and 25ml Funkin Lime)
• 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Caramel Syrup
• Ginger beer top

Method:

1. Fill shaker halfway with ice
2. Add the ingredients into the shaker
3. Shake until the the shaker becomes cold
4. Strain into a glass
5. Top with ginger beer and serve with a sprinkle of crushed pink peppercorns.
