Opens: 00:00 on Thursday 29 July 2024.


Closes: the earlier of: (i) 5,000 Gifts being issued, or  (ii) 23:59 on Wednesday 16 October 2024.


To enter: 

  1. scan the QR code on this promotional post, and
  2. follow the link to provide your mobile number, 

to receive a code via text to redeem a Gift from a Participating Retailer.


To claim the Gift: 

  1. Enter a Participating Retailer store;
  2. Select a Gift from the Participating Retailers store; and
  3. At check out, insert code into Till Point / Point of Sale device to claim your chosen Gift.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of England and Wales only aged 18+. A device with QR scanning capabilities, internet access and a device capable of receiving text messages required to enter. UK mobile numbers only. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. 


Gift: Each claimant will receive a code to redeem a 1 x 200ml Funkin Cocktails Nitro Can at a Participating Retailer in one of the following flavours: -

  1. Strawberry Daiquiri
  2. Passion Fruit Martini
  3. Blue Raspberry Martini
  4. Pina Colada



Gift Specific T&Cs: 

  1. Gift subject to Participating Retailer availability. 
  2. The Participating Retailer may ask for proof of age in line with legal requirements. Please bring appropriate identification for these requirements. The Promoter shall not be liable for, and shall not reissue any code to claim a Gift due to,  rejection of sale due to failing to provide proof of age if challenged. 
  3. The code to claim a Gift sent to the claimer shall expire after 48 hours. The Promoter shall not be responsible for, and shall not, provide an alternative code. 
  4. The code cannot redeem a Gift that forms part of a larger pack or box of Funkin Cocktails products. 
  5. 1 code to claim a Gift per transaction, subject to the sole discretion of the Participating Retailer. 

The winner’s mobile number may be used by us to evidence the issue of Gifts to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request. This information will not be published otherwise.
