BUCK'S FIZZ RECIPE
Why settle for an orange juice with your festive brekkie? Christmas is the only time of the year you can enjoy a cocktail for breakfast, and the Buck’s Fizz is a must have! Keep it classic with orange juice and champagne, or why not mix it up for a little taste of tropical this year and add mango purée and pineapple into the mix?
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Orange Juice
- 100ml Champagne
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Mango Purée
- 25ml Funkin Cocktails Pineapple Purée or juice
- 100ml Prosecco
PREPARATION:
Build straight into the glass by pouring in the orange juice or fruity purées and topping up with Prosecco or champagne (depending on how fancy you feel).Garnish with rosemary sprig and a mini bauble.
